I really need a maintenance agreement?” A
maintenance agreement is basically insurance coverage to protect you
from the high costs associated with an expensive failure of a key
component in your machine. Most
machines have internal components such as motors, clutches and circuit
boards that can cost 3 to 5 times that of an annual Preventive
Maintenance Agreement (PMA). A
maintenance agreement also “locks” the cost of maintenance for an
entire year. If the PMA is
$750.00 per year, you can budget for that amount.
Conversely, if an $1800.00 circuit board fails without a PMA in
